Busy all day running errands...then picked kids up from school and needed to make a quick dinner. Found this recipe, Chicken and Leeks, and wanted to try it. I love leeks. I only started cooking with them recently but love them. My family also loves couscous, which the recipe called for. I added some veggies to the couscous and served a dinner salad. Chicken had great flavor and everyone loved it. Simple - but quick and tasty!
